You guys we only have 20 days left!!!!
Today I had whole wheat bread with peanut butter, lunch a lean cuisine, for a snack I had a latte with pumpkin spice.,wowzer 350 cali thought I would treat myself cause of the smoking thing,i have done really good! For dinner I had brown rice and broc with steamed carrots and a small salad ,2 cliff bars
Exercise ran 4.75 miles,i did that in 8 min per mile not bad
